始创于2020年7月，起源于柔佛州实达英达（Taman Setia Indah）一间仅有60个座位的夫妻档小餐馆。凭借对传统美食的执着与不断创新的精神，一路成长，成功拓展至柔佛再也、新山五福城广场、新山永旺广场，并即将在Toppen Shopping Centre开设分店，逐步发展为新山知名的南洋风味品牌。
 
我们始终秉持“食必求鲜，味必求真”的理念，贯彻“真材、真味、真诚”的精神，坚持为顾客提供：

从一碗经典海南鸡饭出发，水记不断丰富菜单，融合多款南洋经典风味，逐渐形成自成一格的“水记菜系”。我们不仅传承海南传统饮食文化，更用心呈现多元融合的马来西亚传统饮食精髓，力求带来最纯粹的味觉体验。
